overclocking 7970

here are my current 7970 oc's. i just ran fur mark for 10 minuets without a problem.

should I overclock more?

You can definitely go higher on the memory, my 7950 is maxed in afterburner at 1100 core and 1575 memory.

in all my years of ocing I have never overclocked the memory is it worth it?

It's not as beneficial as cranking the core speed up, but it does make a difference

25 Until you're unstable, then back it down 20ish and you should be okay . I wouldn't go much higher than 1575 though  Don't see too many reports of 7000 series cards going much higher than that.

this is about what I'm comfortable with I'll run these setups and if it runs fine i'll bump it up a bit more!

Is that the Vapor-X ? My Dual-X has unlocked voltage, but I was only able to get 1150mhz/1650mhz out of it at 1.3v/1.6v .
