Migrating google account

Hello. I have no idea what area of the forum this should be in. I have two google accounts. I wish to move my google play credit ,purchased apps and movies to my new account. I am not too bothered about moving my google calendar,youtube or gmail inbox. Is there a way to do this or do I just need to keep both accounts? Thanks ;) 

Have you tried turning it off and on again?

I dont think you can do that.
