I changed my motherboard and i had to install new windows. Usb ports didnt work in installer so i used old ps/2 keyboard. Now usb ports dont work in windows

Sounds like the problem most likely lies with the motherboard.

did you try the usb ports on the front of the case or on the motherboard? if the front panel usb ports dont work it could be a wiring issue. try the ports on the back if you haven't already and if they work then check the cord connecting the front pannel usb to the mobo, that could be the problem. if youre not sure if its wrong or not check the mobo manual it should tell where the plugs go or it may even be printed on the motherboard itsself

I tried all usb ports mobo is asus f2 a85-v pro

It says drivers not installed on all usb drivers

Soo, you cant download them?  Do you have access to any other computers where you could download the drivers and share them other the network or maybe even burn them to an CD? 

 Hmm if not, dont you have an MB Support CD/DVD or something?

 

EDIT:  Brainfart, sorry of course you cant share any drivers over the network lol
