Then you'll want a Ryzen 7 1700, ASUS Crosshair mobo, 32GB of RGB RAM (because why not?), a STRIX 1080 Ti, Corsair RMx or EVGA G3 PSU, a sweet case, etc. If you are only going to be gaming, a 7700K may be better. Though you get higher minimums and a more stable fps with Ryzen, AFAIK.

@Daniel Z. man its a really nice case support for up to two 320mm rads and it has tempered glass, just because a case costs a lot doesnt make it worth it no matter how much your spending, also the 1800x is more of a decision thing
