Upgrading My PC

Hey guys I built a pc a few years back and didn't really know what I was doing as far as picking out parts. I was looking to upgrade my pc and am looking for any recommendations on what to replace and with what. Any feedback is greatly appreciated. 

 

CPU: Intel Core I5 4690k @3.5 GHz

CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212

Mother Board: Asus Z97-A LGA 1150 Z97 Chipset SATA III PCI-E 3.0 ATX Motherboard

Graphics Card: AMD Radeon R9 290 Gaming OC 4GB 

RAM:  Patriot Viper 3 Low Profile Red 16GB

Hard Drive: Western Digital Blue 1Tb

Case: Corsair Carbide Series 200R Black Steel / Plastic Compact ATX Mid Tower Case

Power Supply: Asus CX750 M i had laying around at my house

Asus doesn't make PSU especially Corsairs, and why do you need to upgrade?

The only thing I could see needing an upgrade is to get an ssd. Other than that not much, unless you're looking at a new gpu or something.

No real need to upgrade as of yet, not unless you plan to game at high refresh rates or resolutions (perhaps add an SSD if you want though). 

Please quote our replys so we get a notification and can reply easily. Never cheap out on a PSU, or I will come to watch the fireworks.

are you gaming at 1080p with this build? also what games do you play and what is the refresh rate of your monitor in hertz
