What motherboard?

If its Asus they have a feature called "Easy Flash" which makes it very easy.

The way you word it sounds like you already have the motherboard/cpu and it works, is that right?

Chances are you don't need to update it, it's just the default warning for using a 7th gen chip in a 6th gen chipset motherboard.

Most the older motherboards now are shipped with the latest bios, but there is always a risk its old stock so has the old bios.

You'd need a 6th generation intel chip(skylake) to update the bios.

The motherboard you have chosen was released BEFORE the 7th generation CPUs (like yours). They are warning you, that if the SELLER of your motherboard is selling you an older-than-your-cpu revision of the motherboard, it WON'T be compatible or able to boot. The only way you have to fix it, would be to have 6th generation intel cpu around, plug into the motherboard, boot in the bios, update it. Remove the cpu, and put the G4560 into it. So, a lot of troubles. Ask the seller directly if they are updated or ask if they can update it for you before shipping.

You could contact Newegg and ask if they know the bios version for it, and possibly ask them if there's any chance they could update it for you.

If not any local PC shop can probably update it for you.
