If you really need 128GB of ram, I think you can afford more than £99 on a mobo.

 

For performance seekers, quad channel rules over quantity. About the only case I think 8 slots might help is if you're rocking single rank modules but want dual rank per channel performance, but higher capacity modules would be dual rank anyway.

get 16gb of dual channel ram and a cheap £180 5820K and boom. cheap as ryzen 5 1600, but with a board that is better than most b350.

i doubt you're a world class professional overclocker nor am i in which case this board is pretty basic. I like rgb on mine, it's a life style choice.
