Unless you're also running RAM intensive programs alongside games and streaming, no. If you're not using up the 16GB ( or close to it), adding more wouldn't provide any benefit. Basically, 16GB is generally enough for that use case.

I don't see myself doing any video editing or high ram demand programs

But it does look nice to have 4 slots filled lol

But no need to waste money if it's not going to increase performance

I highly doubt it, 8GB is still plenty for gaming alone. I game and stream and 8GB is enough for me, but 16GB is better to make sure you can run your streams at higher settings. You can get 16GB for gaming alone as well, just to make sure you eliminate bottlenecks, but 32GB is overkill.

No it won't help, if you want all slots filled maybe get 4x4 sticks? 16GB and all slots get filled.

Corsair 16GB 4 x 4GB DDR4-3600MHz ($270)

Or

Corsair 16GB 2 x 8GB DDR4-3000MHz ($180)

I'd recommend going for the 2x8GB kit. 600MHz and a full board isn't worth almost $100 from a performance standpoint. Then again, if you're buying Dominator Platinums, you're not exactly concerned about the value aspect (coming from someone who owns Dominator Platinums for the looks).
