Afraid i ruined 1 fan on my 1070 Rog Strix

As i checked in games and the stress test i don't think the fan should be ruined since if one fan wasn't running it would be running hotter, correct?

Update..

I gave myself up turned off the PC and checked if the fans were spinning when I booted and all 3 did spin up during the startup but also stops because 0DB fan setting. :)

This entire thread would have had no reason to exist if the OP had just looked to see if the fan was spinning or not...

Mine broke booting up. Just one blade off the fan.

 

Just hold onto it when blowing it out, and DONT EVER TOUCH it while its on.
