Found a drive but it has a weird connector do you know what it is ??

I think it's SCSI but the pins are camouflaged.

 

Similarties are striking.

Is the drive still usefull its only 36,4 GB but 10,000 RPM

As Levent has said, it looks like a SCSI connector, specifically an 80 pin SCA

SCSI connector (made for hot-swappable SCSI drives). See here.

As for its usefulness, you'd need the right adapter for it. Also, it's probably

not very silent and data density on those platters is likely so low that even

normal SATA drives from today would probably outperform it. But if you can

find an adapter to run it feel free to try. ;)

If you don't have a SCSI controller you're better off chucking that thing out the window, no way you're going to be able to use it if you don't. I have a good batch of them at work, they came from workstations which died or were sent off to the recycle center, only kept the drives because they have data and we might in a pinch need them, hopefully not. I forget if that is the LC connector or LW, but most definitely SCSI.

 

If its a 10K or 15K RPM drive you can open it up and have fun with it.

I roll with sigs off so I have no idea what you're advertising.
