Comparison Question

Im wondering if RX 460 4GB is better than GTX 1050 2GB.

I know everybody is saying that GTX 1050 is better but im wondering if 4gb of rx 460 is better than 2gb of gtx 1050.

You're asking the wrong question, a 1050 will be more powerful than a rx 460, but if the 1050 runs out of vram, then the 460 will be faster. The gpu's performance doesn't change depending on the amount of vram.
