Then something is wrong. That would be a write speed of 1.53 MB per second. (if it would finish now)

It should take roughly 20mins give or take... provided that everything is ok and that there are no other bottlenecks elsewhere with the flash drive being the only limiting factor.

If its taking any longer, there is definitely something wrong. I would cancel and restart the file transfer.

It depends on the condition of the usb drive, if it is old and dodgy or cheap and nasty or if the actual connection points are a little oxidised then the transfer could take a very long time as the controller will keep resending bytes for every bit that fails.
