1- what's the normal voltage for i5-6600k . Not overclocked.

2- thermal compound model matters? , better thermal compound mean lower temperature ?

1. Depends on the motherboard. Seems to go up to ~1.3v

2. Kind of. Usually what comes with a cooler is good enough, unless it's really crappy. Its not usually worth i to get better thermal compound unless you are really pushing your overclock.

1. Just put voltage in auto if your asking to get back to stock values. I think it can vary slightly between CPUs? Hangs around 1.275 ish to 1.3v

2. Doesn't matter a whole lot, just get a non conductive (electrical) thermal paste from a well known supplier (Artic, Cooler master etc). Cooler supplied paste is also ok if its not the paste supplied on the stock cpu coolers
