Is a OEM key good?

Go to solution Solved by Max_Settings,

Yes OEM keys are still legit keys from Microsoft, the difference between a retail key and an OEM key, is Microsoft will not help you with software issues with an OEM key, they will tell you to contact your system manufacturer, which is you.

I'm building a new system and I need an OS. Is a OEM key reliable? And if so, should I buy windows 10 pro for €20 or windows 10 home for €25?

OEM Keys are basically retail keys which cannot be moved from 1 computer to another, and Microsoft won't have any support for you if u activate using a OEM key and they will say to contact the manufacturer which is u -.- -_- .

But u can generally do everything using a Windows Copy that's OEM,just the stuff i listed above.OEM keys are reliable (as simple i can explain it) and I'd say get Windows 10 Pro,and home if u really want it to be *presses Home key* (Home) grade.
