I need help making this pc cheaper.

I'm going to build a pc and this one is over my budget, my budget is 1400. Here is the part list: (I didin't use pcpartpicker. com because it gets the german prices wrong and sometimes doesn't even show them)

and maybe go for a 1070,the aero cooler sucks hard and you'll hit thermal limits all the time

Yep, it saves you 30 Euros and if you want to lower the price even more, get a 1070 as @McHox suggested
