Games running slow

Hello, 8 months back i built a new PC just for Battlefield 1. Originally i had a GTX 950, i5 4460 and 8gb of ram.I could barely run the game on low and only on few maps.Then i upgraded to a GTX 1060 and that dint seem to help much, i sold my 950 to a friend and he can run it 80fps on all high.

 

I could run bf4 on ultra with 60 fps and bf1 on borderless mode all low and had it stabel fps but since yesterday (7.1.2017) it has all gone to **** cant run bf4 and borderless mode dosnt seem to help anymore with bf1

I have the same problem with black ops 3, every site and everyone says that my setup could run it, i barely can on low.

 

 

Dose anyone have any advice?

Install MSI Afterburner and bundled RTSS. enable on-screen display (osd) on everything and monitor CPU and GPU usage, temp and clock speed when playing games

okey did it the tempeture dint go over 51C and there was alot of freamerate spikes, i dont really know what to say

Could it be temp target of the graphics card set too low? Whats the temp for the CPU?

 

the last resort solution is to reset everything: reinstall Windows, clear the cmos.

First of all use the recommended settings Nvidia GeForce gives u, or lower them a bit with the bar.

 

Btf1 is extremely heavy on the CPU when is on ultra. I had a huge bottleneck myself on a 4690k running 100% when my 980ti was 50% avg. So... Just lower the settings. I honestly prefer playing at constant 120hz even is graphics are not the best, still great.

 

Try to overclock that CPU btw
