When does the NVIDIA Geforce GTX 1080Ti Founders Edition Start Thermal Throttling?

Hey guys i was wondering when the GTX 1080Ti starts to drop the clocks down in order to maintain better cooling, Is it at 60c Or something like that when the clocks start to drop?

It start to thermal throttle around 90c, dropping clocks. It should stay constant up to then.

Clocks will start going down somewhere at 54*C by 13MHz every about 8*C, after reaching the max temperature of 90*C the card will start thermal throttling.

The clock is fluctuating all the time, mostly due to power limit rather than temperature limit

but it would appear that 85*C is the thermal  threshold for stock configuration
