Need Cheap ( < $100 USD) 1080p Monitor

The title says it all. I need a cheap (preferably $50-100 USD) monitor for my new PC. I do not need any super fast response times, Hz speeds, or any resolution above 1080p. My graphics card outputs to DVI-D, Displayport, and HDMI.

Not sure of your location, but if you have or know someone who has a sams club membership, but they had a 24" freesync samsung monitor the last time I was there for something like $90.  It only has hdmi and vga inputs.  Not sure of the quality because I didnt spend too much time looking at it or the model number.  But sams pretty much always changes the model numbers so you cant actually look anything in the store up and find any info on it.
