Increase resolution in specific game

Hello, I have been playing FireWatch lately and I game on my center 1080p panel but I know there is a way to upscale the resolution that your GPU renders and then downscale it so your display shows a higher level of detail. 

 

I am running Radeon Relive 17.5.2 and was wondering how I would go about doing this. I see the option for Virtual Super Resolution and GPU scaling, but which one do I use and can't I just apply a higher resolution to the FireWatch Game profile?

So it would do this for my entire desktop? Would I be able to keep the same level of scaling so my UI doesn't get too small in Windows?
