Wireless VR!!!

While looking up a direction for my career I ended on the MIT site. I found a feed that displays many of what some of them are doing in a particular field. I found this title " Enabling wireless virtual reality." Honestly the thought of being able to replace the HDMI cable with this device would be spectacular!
