They are both are both going to be hard to find (Especially 580s), and I dont even think there are any small 580s.

Anyone knows if there is a version of RX580 or sth similar that is 210mm?

As far as I know there isn't a mini edition. Maybe due to the thermal issues of the RX cards. Also, it would be pretty dumb buying a RX580 right now that the prices are nearly on the level of a GTX 1070, which is 60% faster. I'd suggest either the Gigabyte GTX 1060 ITX or the GTX 1070 ITX, since prices for AMD cards are so fuckd right now.

Med-high perhaps, though they are also becoming hard to find.

a 1060 will be hard pushed to get that, and will likely not keep up in the future (within the next 2 years).

Your only option is to get used graphics card since you mentioned that the GTX 1070 mini cards are too expensive. In that case, help comes from AMD. The older R9 Fury X (watercooled, so it needs a space for 120mm radiator on the case for itself) or R9 Nano (air cooled, but make sure you add as much case fans as you can to prevent thermal throttling) are nice picks for your usage. They should be more affordable than a 1070, but are quite rare.
