Fan setup for the Air 740 case

I am completely air cooling the case. I'm thinking 3 120mm intakes at the front, 2 140mm intake at the bottom, 2 140mm exhaust on top and 1 140mm exhaust on the back. People are saying that you should use air flow fans in the case and static pressure only when there is an obstruction, but isn't the hexagonal mesh an obstruction all round and therefore I should use high static pressure fans only except for the back exhaust? Also I'm thinking about removing the magnetic filter as there is no way air can flow through those tiny holes.

the obstruction for static pressure is for radiators. If you have none of those just stick to air flow fans.
