Could you use de.pcpartpicker instead please? The links are a mess.

The difference between those two motherboards is their form factor. One is ATX and the other is mATX.

It also makes very little sense to get a GTX 1080 for a 1080p 75Hz monitor. If you're looking to cut costs, lower your GPU to a GTX 1070.

Spoiler

CPU: Intel Core i7 4790K - 4.5 GHz | Motherboard: ASUS MAXIMUS VII HERO | RAM: 32GB Corsair Vengeance Pro DDR3 | SSD: Samsung 850 EVO - 500GB | GPU: MSI GTX 980 Ti Gaming 6GB | PSU: EVGA SuperNOVA 650 G2 | Case: NZXT Phantom 530 | Cooling: CRYORIG R1 Ultimate | Monitor: ASUS ROG Swift PG279Q | Peripherals: Corsair Vengeance K70 and Razer DeathAdder

Then upgrade every few years or so. Buying a GTX 1080 for that monitor is a waste of money.

RX Vega doesn't look promising (but I could be wrong).

If you're okay with lowering a few settings over time then the GTX 1070 will be more than fine. You are looking to lower the cost of the rig, no? You haven't said what your budget is.

I don't know how to change countries in pcpartpicker.com and i don't know how to make a list with it. I'm new to all of this, maybe you could link a 1440p monitor in germany or so, would be nice.

What is your budget for everything? I'll probably try and see what I can make.

An ATX mobo is naturally going to look nicer than a mATX one in a ATX case. But both of them are compatible.

Use http://de.pcpartpicker.com

You don't need a cooler, there are propably cheaper 1070, a 550w is fine for a GTX 1070 and there are cheaper SSD that performs as decent as well.

I would go with the Ryzen 5 1500x since I've heard 1600 has some stability issues because of the 6 core/12 threads thingy. It'll also lower your price a bit.

I know it is in usd, and prices can vary by country. I also noticed you didn't include a mouse, but this is what i threw together based on your parts list. With a budget of €1500.00 or $1711.00 at time of typing, I created this list.
