Davinci Resolve Help

I am using davinci resolve to edit a youtube video as i want to up my quality from raw footage (its games) that i got from obs. This was an extra long video so the audio track was desynced and i don't know how to manually fix this. Im very new to resolve so keep things basic.

Well I don't have much experience in Resolve but assuming its not that different from Premiere Im assuming that the video and audio are in separate tracks right?

Depending on how bad the audio sync is you should be able to simply drag the audio clip to where it lines up with the start and end points of the video. Now it is possible that your problem is more complex than that but I would have to know more to try and help you out.

I am an Adobe Certified Associate for Premiere so I should be able to help you figure out something if the two programs are anything alike.

In premiere you can right click and "unlink" the audio and video tracks from each other.

Are there any actions when you right click on the Clip along those lines? Or in the menu bar thingy that PCs have lol.

You should be able to unlink them from what the guy next to me says (davinci resolve user) and then manually correct them.

Was OBS recording with a variable frame rate? I've seen this problem occur when recording with such a setting because NLEs like Resolve and Premiere do not handle it well.  They think the video track is at X frame rate which affects the sync with the audio.  This is not always easy to fix.
