this is my first build and i plan on playing PUBG, Overwatch, csgo, ARK, and many more games. my budget is around $1100 and i would like to hit around 100 fps on all high graphics.

I was wondering if this build could hit my requirements.

Pick items that have a cost, otherwise you'll be short when you buy the other specs

Ryzen would be better for the money. something like a 1600 or a 1600x

do you know why the 1060s are becoming more expensive?

recently ethermium mining has become VERY popular, and for the amount of power the 1060 uses it, as well as the rx 480/580 have become the most efficient cards to mine with, so people are buying them in bulk, and because of supply and demand they are increasing the price of the card as companies will then make more money
