Computer keeps restarting

My computer keeps restarting after it blue screened while playing cod. Whenever I drain the power it starts beeping and stays like that. I plug in the power cable and it turns on for a few seconds turns of does it again and again 3 times in total. Help plz

The screen doesn't show up

And everything connected via USB doesn't power on

does it go all the way to windows login or start to display normal pre windows startup?

if by this you mean  you have no display signal, it is likely gpu

I tried integrated and it started beeping still no signal

that means it is not posting, at this point, it is likely cpu or ram. do you have another computer to try your ram in?

Yes I'll try the ram one by one and see if it works it makes sense tho since it crashed while its ram usage was high

i brought it from a normal store unused about a month and no overclocking is involved with my system

Specs are

cpu - core 2 quad q6600

gpu - gt 710 gigabyte 1gb

ram - 2gb ddr3 x4 (8gbs)

psu - 235watt dell small form factor psu

It's prebuilt but I added gpu and CPU

Its turning on for a second then turning off
