Is this normal or is something wrong?

Ok i have an R7 1700 on an ASRock X370 Taichi, with 3200mhz ram.

Well on the past 3 bios i have been running an overclock of 3.7Ghz @1.225v(perfectly stable),and my ram had been stuck at running 2133mhz(even if my cpu was at stock.)

Well on the newest bios(2.40) i can now run my ram at 3066mhz,but now my overclock is unstable, crashing in under five minutes on prime 95 blend test...

Is that normal or should i be worried about something wrong with something in my system?

Thanks.

Sometimes bios updates fix some things and break others, just try with higher voltage or lower OC.

I don't think anything is wrong with your PC.
