1070 pulling good eth profit?

Kd4lif3

I was asking around about undervolting a little while ago and was told that it was pointless because 1070 aren't great for eth mining. I believed it until it got up to speed and I checked a profit calculator.IMG_4202.thumb.PNG.2a8e58e52d4ceea5f24241927bafa0c7.PNGIMG_4203.thumb.PNG.7fa8df4a2efd399a002cc9010b560525.PNGIMG_4204.PNG.347717f5ab4d4dd7485a610eacd1c702.PNG Now am I mistaken or is that a good profit. (Mind you i only mine when I am away, it's primarily a gaming rig). Is there an unseen descrepency here or are people just hating on 1070 mining. I know that amd is better for this kind of thing but I honestly don't see what the big deal is. What do you guys think. What is the big thing with

-profit on nvida cards. Are my power prices just low?

IF you're getting $18 a week, how long is it taking to pay off the card? Most people buy new for mining, so they have to account for that. You've already got a good ROI from fun gaming on your PC. So in your case, you should make a decent amount, and it's probs actually worth it.

Ya thats what I was thinking. Because I purchased the card for gaming to begin with I didn't account for that expense (It was more of a gift anyway). By thinking of it that way imm just making some investing cash.
