PSU is overkill and I suspect you'd be able to save a dime by getting the non-x 1700 and overclocking it

I like to have a headroom in comes with the PSU,thats why. 

maybe ill consider a non X

The difference between 1700 and 1700x is clockspeed.You can oc 1700 to make it a 1700x.And one other thing change the case to PHANTEKS PH-ES515ETG ENTHOO EVOLV ATX,

I like the looks of Evolv by im also worried about the airflow. I have the ITX version I want this one to be different as well

I wouldn't recommend going from a 1060 to a 1070 unless you're mining or using the card in another system. Maybe 1080/1080ti

It's very much an "aesthetics over performance" build. You could probably get a R7 1700 with a GTX 1080Ti without all the fancy RGB and case and still have change left over.
