I was thinking maybe because that the stock fans don't move a ton of air they might not make it positive... could it be possible?

The stock fans are fine. 

 

There are too many people who think the stock fans won't be enough even before they get the case....

I mean really, you can always get the case first and replace the fans if you want to.

So I was planning to get a C70 and a h100i. So my fans config would be  3 120mm stock fans as intake, 2 front and 1 in the bottom. For exhaust I was thinking of 2 SP 120s quiet edition. Now I was thiking if it would give positive air pressure, because the SP 120s have better pressure than the stock ones, so will it?

Yeah, I will check and if I have dust regulary I guess I would get more powerfull intakes :)
