capturing is 1440p144hz playing Overwatch.

Thats an insane demand on the CPU and GPU

You should lower the recording resolution to 1080p and bit rate to around 8,000 or higher but probably not more than 12,000

Alright few issues. I don't think you understand, there is a reason youtubers record in 1080p60 and even then that is so far and few between. Most record in just 720p/1080p 30 though some will do 720p60. You don't need to produce such high quality content, especially if you don't even have a big audience. People won't mind 1080p60FPS or 720p 60FPS, if you are naturally good at commentatingand providing good content they'll look over that. Also streaming in the quality present is not something I suggest, Balanced is a far better and more optimized option. I highly suggest changing output resolution to 720p or 1080p.

thanks for the feedback. I was hoping there would be some way to allocate a little more performance or optimize obs a little more. I am getting 200+ fps in overwatch. I rarely see me go below 180fps so I thought I could record at native res. Anyways. I lowered resolution to 1080p and I never see OBS drop frames so problem solved I guess.
