you dont need faster ram at all 3000 would improve fps at all. along with that there isnt any cheeper options to go with 3000, AND 2133 is way more stable than 3000

ryzens infinity fabric stuff operates at ram frequency, provides benefits in all aspects of cpu performance so faster ram would totally pair well with ryzen. Also if you aren't planning on doing sli you could save a couple bucks by getting a b350 mobo

but a really good b350 is really close the the price of thast x370 mobo from asus (the asus x370-pro)

The $90-$100 range is good, that would save you about $50 to offset the cost of better ram or whatever

ik and its nvme ssd's that use pice not m.2 b/c i could just use a 850 evo m.2 and it wouldnt use any pcie lanes

I am referring to the 960 EVO as that is what you have in your spec. If you are going to go with the 850 EVO then I would just get the regular SATA version as the M.2 looks pretty ugly with the green pcb.

You should look at getting a different cooler as well, as that noctua is low profile so not much better than the stock. The Cryorig H7 is a good budget cooler or if you want high end the R1 universal. Whatever you go for you will need an AM4 bracket either from the supplier or manufacturer.
