Mouse for large hands

TheGhzGuy

Hi all!

My father has been using a touchpad to do AutoCAD work for over a year now. (Don't know how I didn't see that sooner.) I gave him a cheap Logitech mouse to use in the meantime. He's right handed and has quite large/wide fingers, so something a bit larger might be just what he needs. He's a palm/hybrid palm gripper. Doesn't need to game or anything, just AutoCAD. Doesn't really care about wireless either, but one fewer cord on his already crowded desk can't hurt.

Thanks!

I honestly don't get the hype for this.. My mother uses one and I borrowed for the week and couldn't get into it. Much prefer the shape and size of my Rival 300

I've actually held both (at Best Buy of all places) and I think both are nice mice.

it's one of the best wireless mice on the planet, in my opinion, built like a tank, use it for a week before you judge it.

Everyone has different preferences and shapes and sizes of hands. Not everyone will like the MX master.

why I never like people who ask for keyboard/mice suggestions. Can almost bet more than half of the hundreds of people who boast how good MX Reds/Blues are or how good this specific product is has never used any other product.

Yeah, no doubt the circlejerk on the G502 here and K series from corsair never really lets other opinions flow through.

Yep. I ended up going for Clears after being told "Blues" by many people.

The mouse itself is fine. I fucking despise the shape of it and how it sits in my hand. Though this is like me asking why do people like a specific food

Yes. Reason I didn't go for a K65. Or a G502/Deathadder. Or an S340 Elite. People will take the first suggestion they take without any other information and no research being done.

I think his point is that some people buy certain products without looking at other options. While all of those products are great, for some people there are things that will work better. K65 doesn't come with Clears or Dark Greys, which is something I wanted. G502 is too narrow for my hand. S340 Elite has tough competition from Phanteks (And soon some others I think). Just because these are all well-made products that plenty of people love doesn't mean there isn't something better out there for some people.

i know, i was commenting more on the "edgy" nature of i won't buy this product because it's popular. when you ask for an opinion it's will be biased, that's what an opinion is, do your own research before buying anything.

No. It's that many people who boast aobut these products have no experience with other products. It's a never ending cycle that sadly won't end.

Same shit with the 212 Evo that took WAY to long to end. People fucking boasted and boasted and BOASTED about the fucking 212 Evo and it only took months of a few people providing graphs and videos of other coolers at similar prices to make people notice the cooler isn't good. I mean, it still is #1 seller despite far better products.

It works with Corsair also. K70's aren't "ALL THAT" that people put them out to be. Just like the G502 isn't "ALL THAT".
