based on the same information i suggest getting a Nvidia Quadro P6000 as well and put it inside a IN Win H Tower

seriously though, you need to provide some more information, otherwise you get recommended the best parts that also cost a small car each.

what is your budget?
what will you be using it for? just video editing? gaming? both? other system intensive things like bitcoin mining?
 

Have you tried to perform a sudden temporary interrupt of the electricity flow to your computational device followed by a re-initialization procedure of the central processing unit and associated components?
