So my friend just bought a second monitor and wanted to hook it up. Turned out that he had his previous one hooked up to his motherboard and then tried hooking both monitors up to his graphics card for the first time. He then restarted his computer and windows 10 logo popped up and went through the startup and then only a black screen could be seen and his cursor. How can he fix this problem? He has a similar version of bios like this: https://www.google.com/search?q=old+bios&tbm=isch&imgil=yicB_idDhX9o5M%3A%3B6hi3NxgNHJ9YvM%3Bhttp%253A%252F%252Fus.informatiweb.net%252Ftutorials%252Fit%252F9-bios%252F124--scheduled-boot-by-rtc-event-or-alarm--2.html&source=iu&pf=m&fir=yicB_idDhX9o5M%3A%2C6hi3NxgNHJ9YvM%2C_&usg=__hUxm-0NFy58pTkQ029hKwdXjD_4%3D&biw=1920&bih=950&ved=0ahUKEwjp1o2P_tzUAhWBQSYKHQrVDbUQyjcIMw&ei=zMNRWenAD4GDmQGKqreoCw#imgrc=cpuyygUJFDjQYM:

first plug monitor back into its original port

then boot windows

now open your display control control panel and select "clone" mode for multimonitor

now shutdown system replug monitors to gpucard

then boot and enter bios

find setting that allow select igpu or pci and select pci

save and exit(always save or setting change will revert)

If that doesn't work.

Plug the monitor into your MOBO and install the latest drivers for your GPU, after a restart, plug the monitors back into the GPU and attempt to boot up.
