upgrade to 1080. Seriously if you can only afford a 1060 6gb then I'll go cheaper on the CPU by using a Ryzen 5 1600. 7700 is wasted there.

SuperPi (v1.5 from Techpowerup, PI value output) 16K: 0.100s 1M: 8.255s 32M: 7m 45.93s

The intel counterpart at the same price range are the i5-7600 and 7500. They have better single core performance by 10%-20%, but Ryzen gives you 2 extra cores and hyperthreading. These Intel chips won't be as good as Ryzen in the future.

I still don't know about the GPU, my budget I forgot to mention is not of 1.35k
