Usage 100%

my disk usage is always 100% in windows 10 while in ubuntu every thing is smooth and fast(idk about usage cause ubuntu task manager doesn't show disk usage)

how do i know if it is software or hardware problem , i used an app called smart defrag it decreased usage but very small diffrence

90 percent of the times it is system or if I am running any app like steam or a game it takes all

crystal disk info status says good
