MSI Rx470 mysterious device??

Sorry for the bad screenshot but could someone plz tell me what that thing on the top left hand corner of the card is just under the power connector. I assume it's for something like a bios switch but have no clue. Maybe someone with the card could tell me. Thnx in advance.
