Overclock question

I heard non-K CPU's could be overclocked so I wanted to make sure I am doing this right. I set Multiplier to 41 and VCore to 1.14.

 

Should I run OCCT longer for stability? How are these results? I don't know what half these things mean, is this OC on all cores or just 1?
