2 PC's on the same network/room, mine gets a lot of LAG

So I have two PC's in my room my girlfriend and I play Dota 2 every night on the same server but different matches, I been noticing a lot of lag these days, today the lag was unbelievable I check my -ping and it says 350 I ask her to do the same and her ping is 160 (What The hell?)

 

both PC's are wired, on the same modem

 

Both PC's have Windows 10

Windows Defender

and Firewall turned off

 

I tried to change my network from wired to wireless and its the same

 

What the hell is going on why I'm all laggy and she's not?

 

lot of lag spikes sometimes I even get like 1 or 2 solid seconds of disconnection

Updated: now she has 143ms and I have 403ms
