question about ltc

Join which ever pool you like the most and when mining in a pool you get paid for your work immediately, then when mining solo you have to solve the whole block by yourself which can and probably will take a lot of time.

No. It all depends on your hardware, and how fast it can mine. The pools will not limit it.
