Small Form Factor for FFXIV

Hello! 

 

I am in the market to upgrade my pc, well more like downsize it. My current rig performs exactly how i want it to, i just want to downsize from full atx to as small as I can get. My Current pc is as follows

 

I7-3770k

Corsair H55 AIO

Asus P8Z77-V PRO MOBO

8GB DDR3 Gskill pc1866

Intel 120GB SSD 

WD 1TB Blue 

EVGA GTX970 OC in SLI

Thermaltake 800 80PLUS Bronze Semi Modular 

Corsair Carbine 500r

ASUS PB278Q 1440p 60hz

 

I am currently only playing FFXIV and normal windows on this machine. I play at maximum settings in 1440p with 60FPS locked in. I am looking at several options to upgrade this to a smaller footprint. I have about $800 to spend for the entire system. I have never really built a mATX or ITX system and clearly its been a minute since ive built ANYTHING. I am considering the following parts for an upgrade while recycling most of my system

 

Corsair Air 240

I5-7600K

Asus ROG Strix Z270G

Corsair Vengence LED 16GB DDR4 3000

 

Any insight on how i can get this even smaller and still accomplish the 1440p Max 60FPS with FFXIV would be very appreciated!!!!

Sell the 970s and go with the I version of that motherboard and a 1070?

That should net you your requirements in an itx formfactor.
