Wait until the market calms down, the get a GTX 1080 like @deXxterlab97 suggested.

I found one for 415$ new. Until the market decided it wanted to kill itself.

in america? no. We have 1060 6GB going for 700$ USD and 1070's going for 900$ and 1080ti's going for 700$ as well. No I do not know either.

I think Amazon has $399,00 refurbished GTX 980ti for sale which would be good enough alternative to your needs and yes prices did rise up considerably due to another mining bubble, people think they can pay their bills with virtual money and no work what so ever... lmao... at least here in 3~months there will be a shit ton of Polaris cards selling for dirt cheap.
