ASRock 970 EXTREME3 Motherboard

G.SKILL Ares Series 16GB 240-Pin

Sapphire Vapor-X Radeon HD 7950 3GB

Western Digital 1TB HDD (Caviar Black)

Solid build. Might upgrade the cooler later, but thats just my preference

Good system, although I would have gone with a 990FX motherboard and cut the memory down to 8GB because it can always be upgraded later easily if needed. But then you might have had the memory to begin with. Also overclock the FX to at least 4.4GHz, if your cooler is decent enough.

Sounds great, the 8300 series is great for overclocking and the 7950 is a beast, even before you start overclocking it.
