budget? What will be doing with it? only gaming or also editing, streaming...

Do you need storage? you don't have any hdd or ssd in your builds.

current system:  i5 2500k @4.5ghz cooled by antec 620 - asrock z77 extreme 4 - 8gb corsair RAM - MSI Twin Frorz 7950 in crossfire - XFX 850w  - Fractal design R4 - samsung 840 120gb ssd - 500gb wd blue hdd - 1440p korean qnix monitor (love it!)

From the lists, hands down the intel build. 4770k is much better then 8350 and 32gb of ram is completely unnecessary unless you are video editing or something, but if this is for gaming (I assume it is) then change for a 4670k and get a smaller PSU (600w is plenty) and invest the saving in a better graphics card.

I assume your budget is 900-1000£ this would be a great gaming build, 8gb of ram should be enough tho.

Thanks for the quoting tip and yeh to the gameplay but maybe some other stuff

Are you dead set on using shadowplay? AMD is coming out with their own Experience - Predator which is pretty much the same thing.
