Amazon Warehouse?

I have no personal experience with it, hence I am asking here. I want to buy NZXT Kraker x52 from Amazon.de. Means its probably had a leak and been RMA'd at some point, I wouldn't buy it.

The first one I probably wouldn't touch because of the refurbish RMA for these things being 50/50.

 

The second one sounds like both the package and the item were damaged, much more than the first item so I probably wouldn't touch this one either.

I would, but I am living in Slovakia, not in Germany, sooo it would be complicated
