Why the recent intel chip motherboards are so expensive? Does intel want to overcome AMD competition by decreasing their processor prices (in comparison to last generation) and selling the rights at higher rates to mobo manufacturers. Is this the future trend? Will this affect memory manufacturers?

They are motherboards for Intel's HEDT CPUs. This is why they are not cheap and motherboards for AMD's upcoming X399 platform won't be cheap ;)

If you're talking about x299, Intel's HEDT platform has always had expensive mobos.
