SATA drive not accessible

So my system has 2 drives, and I built it on Wednesday.

My primary drive is a 256GB NVMe M.2 drive, but that doesn't have enough space for my games, so I also got a 2TB Seagate Barracuda.

Both show up in Device Manager and the BIOS, but only the M.2 drive is actually accessible.

 

Any idea why?

I dislike simultaneous releases

what do you mean by actually accessible?

Cinebench R15 Single thread:168 Multi-thread: 833 

SuperPi (v1.5 from Techpowerup, PI value output) 16K: 0.100s 1M: 8.255s 32M: 7m 45.93s
