So with the Ethereum craze around and with GPU prices skyrocketing, I'm debating on whether to offload my RX 470. A 1070 sounds like the way but just thinking for next potential upgrade after as I do use Freesync, so maybe wait for VEGA to come around? I don't know, maybe even a used 980ti?

just remember all gpus are increasing on price so whatever you do, do it soon, id say maxwell cards are your best bet due to power consumption

Sell it off for like 200-300 or maybe more (the miners want them really bad) and buy 1070,since I dunno if Vega is gonna be much cheaper for that of a 1070/1080
