Hey guys, I'm buying a new gaming mouse, keyboard and monitor for my gaming setup with my G75VX. I've been looking around for a new monitor but I don't understand monitors, I'm a noob at it. So... I need you guys to recommend me one. I am on a budget around 150 USD tops and I don't need 120hz or 3D, just need one that has good picture quality and is good for gaming. it also should be matte if possible because I'm sitting near a window and it might be very reflective especially since I live in Singapore and its sunny all year long. Thanks in advance! :D

I'm looking to get a 23 or 24 inch monitor 1080p only because i don't think my 670MX can handle 1440p. I sit about 60ish cm away from my laptop monitor so i don't know if 27 inch is alright in the pixel density department but I'm willing to spare a little more money if 27 inch at 1080p at this distance is alright.

The Acer looks very nice but there is no HDMI :/. If I buy a adapter, will there be a quality loss?

No, there will be no difference in the picture.

VA is inbetween TN and IPS.  Decent colors and decent viewing angles.  Although, better blacks.

That's a good pick.  Although, it doesn't have HDMI either, but again there is no difference between HDMI and DVI picture.
